CleanDesk is operated by Omniwave Group LLC, Orlando, Florida ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect on this website and in the CleanDesk app, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the name, company, email, phone number, team size and language you give us. When a company uses CleanDesk, we store the information it enters, such as clients, homes, cleaners, schedules, payments and messages. We also collect basic technical data, like your browser and pages visited, and may use advertising cookies from Meta and Google to measure our ads.

How we use it

To contact you about a demo, to provide and support CleanDesk, to keep accounts secure, and to measure and improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run CleanDesk — such as hosting, form processing and advertising measurement — and only as needed to provide those services, or when the law requires it.

Your data inside CleanDesk

Each company's data is visible only to that company's users. Cleaners see only their own jobs. A company can ask us to export or delete its data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, and you can block cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
